Beech Street First Baptist Church WEE School seeks to honor Christ through His example in Matthew 18:5, “…whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.” We strive to provide a Christ-centered environment for the children and serve as an outreach ministry to the family. Learning is supported through developmental and age-appropriate tasks that help each child reach his/her greatest potential… spiritually, mentally, physically, intellectually, and socially.
Our Schedule
Daily hours:
-Early drop-off is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-Regular school hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
-After school care is available from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The WEE School begins in August and ends in May. We follow the TASD school schedule. Please call the school office at (870)773-4762 for more information.

Registration: The registration fee must be paid in advance in order to hold your child’s spot. *The registration fee for the Kindergarten Prep class includes Reading and Math consumable textbooks. All registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.
Waiting List/Preferred Enrollment - Enrollment is extremely limited and is based on classroom space. “1st Priority” for enrollment is given to students currently enrolled in the WEE Schools. Any remaining spots will be given to non-enrolled siblings of currently enrolled families and then to church members not currently enrolled.
Discounts: The first child in a family pays full tuition. Each additional child, in the same family, will receive a 10% discount on WEE and After School Care tuition only. If WEE tuition is paid in full prior to the first day of school, a 10% discount will be given.
Tuition Due/Late Charges:Tuition is due the 1st day of each month and is late if paid after the 15th of each month. Late tuition payments earn a penalty fee of $20.00. If tuition and any other outstanding charges are not paid by the end of the month (or within five banking days of notification to you, in the case of a returned check), attendance will no longer be permitted until the account is current.
Withdrawal: You must give us a two week notice in writing prior to withdrawing your child from the WEE School. The above fee schedule will be in effect and you will be responsible for all fees charged through the final day of your written notice. However, if the child attends any portion of the month, the entire tuition charge for that month is due. If you wish to return after withdrawing your child, space is not guaranteed and you must pay a new registration fee and tuition applicable to new enrollees.
